WATT Comments Filed in Transmission Planning NOPR

The WATT Coalition submitted comments to FERC on August 17 in support of their Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to integrate Grid Enhancing Technologies into  transmission planning, and with ideas for specific  requirements for evaluation of advanced power flow control and dynamic line ratings.
